この中でプーチン大統領は「ロシアは今日でも最も強力な核保有国の一つだ」「いくつかの最先端の兵器による確固たるアドバンテージもある」と言及した後に「邪魔してみろ、歴史上経験した事の無い結果となる」と言っています。
"anyone that any potential aggressor"だったり" No matter who tries to stand in our way "という言葉を使っており、武力行使に限定しない言葉を使っています。

従前、プーチンが「核戦争演習」をしていたことも報じられています。

核兵器による威嚇の力を包み隠すことなく用いてきたら、世界はますます核保有に向かうでしょう。この流れをどうするべきなのか。日本の核保有、少なくとも核シェアリングを選択肢に入れなければならないでしょう。
